Owner and RME of Martin Steel Design Company established in 2000. He is an artist, master fabricator, layout designer, and metal manipulator with over 32 years of experience. He was introduced to this family trade in the late 1980’s working alongside his family mentors. His ability to idealize allows the true craftsmanship of his work to shine through. Thus, Larry's eye for design, readiness to take on any project, and attention to fine detail translate into breathtaking pieces of art seen all over Hawai’i.

Fascinated with this family trade since the early 1970’s. She has learned hands on at a young age from her parents who were amongst the few pioneers introducing the ornamental gate and fencing industry in Hawai’i. She is a highly adaptive, talented artist who enjoys painting the designs she creates. She has evolved Martin Steel Design Company’s creative direction with modern accents and progressive designs. Naturally, she assumed the duty as Project Designer and Manager for Martin Steel Design Company. Jo oversees every project in detail through all phases, from design to installation.

Our main focus is quality over quantity. We provide complete conceptual design planning and production, custom layout and finishing services, as well as professional installation of all of our products. Although we specialize in working with various metals, we can also incorporate elements such as glass and various types of wood, including bamboo.
Through the years, Martin Steel Design Company has teamed up to work collaboratively with talented, professional, and experienced architects, designers, engineers and developers for projects, big and small. Earning long lasting relationships with both clients and contractors are as important as the integrity of our products.
